Tender Description

Takapuna Grammar School (the School) is seeking registrations of interest to refurbish Temp Block 1-7, consisting of 12 classrooms plus smaller offices, store rooms and toilets.

Reroofing, replacement of damaged wall linings (interior and exterior) and new acoustic coverings, replace existing floor coverings, upgrade heating and lighting, replace door and window joinery, plus any additional works required to handover a weathertight and compliant building.
