As at the SOA Date, the Supplies of Pharmaceuticals that are within the scope of this SOA and, if ordered by the Customer under a Purchase Order, must be supplied by the Supplier to such Customer, are listed in the Requirements Documentation and/or the Schedule of Prices.

Objectives

The objectives of this SOA include the formation of a panel arrangement for Pharmaceuticals that allows Eligible Customers to purchase fit for purpose Deliverables and Services which have been demonstrated to provide value for money.
