Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labor and any other services, costs and fees necessary to construct nominal 1.2m-wide sealed shoulder along Sandfly Road (approximately 1600m2). The scope of works includes full pavement construction, installation of asphalt wearing course, construction of table drains and asphalt vehicle driveways, line marking, and other associated minor civil works.

The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.

Tenders close Tuesday 9th September 2025 at 2:00PM.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on Thursday 21 August 2025 at 10:00AM, on site at Sandfly Road and Allens Rivulet Road intersection.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again.
