Edith Cowan University is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.

The selected provider will be required to deliver confidential, professional, and accessible counselling and support services to staff, and where applicable, their immediate family members.

Services should promote mental health and wellbeing, support workplace productivity, and be available through multiple channels, including face-to-face, telephone, and online.

The University is seeking a provider with demonstrated expertise, proven service quality, and the capacity to deliver consistent, high-standard support across all required locations.
