Tender Description
This procurement aims to increase TfNSW's roadside advertising asset base and increase the revenue stream of this existing portfolio that will benefit TfNSW, its passengers and the taxpayers of NSW.
Project goals
The supplier is to provide the end-to-end solution under a full outsource model, whereby TfNSW will provide a 'license' to the supplier to conduct advertising activities as per the scope of the tender.
Scope
The objective of this procurement is to approach the market to ascertain possible advertising billboard locations (including formats digital / static) and partner with an OOH supplier to successfully deliver (including any required DAs), operate and maintain all components of the advertising assets in accordance with the TfNSW Advertising Services Agreement contained in this tender.
Western Sydney International Airport (M12 Motorway) The Australian and NSW governments are building a new motorway as part of the Western Sydney Infrastructure Plan (WSIP) road investment program. The new motorway(M12) due to open in 2026 will provide direct access to the Western Sydney International Airport at Badgerys Creek and connect to Sydney's existing motorway network.
Sydney Airport (Sydney Gateway) Sydney Gateway is a new connection form Sydney's motorway network to Sydney Airport that opened in 2024. Sydney Gateway offers improved connections to the Airport Precinct and to Sydney Airport.
The new M12 West and Central is a 16km dual carriage toll-free motorway with 11 road bridges connecting the West Sydney community. This new road corridor (up to Elizabeth Drive) along with six (6) bridges presents a valuable opportunity for the development of a range of D/OOH assets.
