City of Palmerston is seeking a suitably experienced, professional operator for the management and operation of SWELL (Swimming, Wellness, Events, Leisure, Lifestyle) centre situated at 31 Tilston Avenue, Moulden.

This is a multi-activity facility with:

• Swimming pools
• Two (2) storey aquatic adventure play structure
• Splash pad
• Fitness centre
• Kiosk area
• Half basketball court
• Events Area
• Small party room
• Outdoor BBQ

General amenities including a Master Lock Smiths Australia Key (MLAK) adult change facility

This is a period contract for 5 years.
