Tender Description
Massey University is seeking a ready-to-deploy Venue and Event Management Software (VEMS) to support consistent, end-to-end digital workflows across its commercial venues.
The solution must deliver key venue and event management functions out-of-the-box, with minimal need for customisation. It should enable seamless booking, coordination, communication, and reporting, while integrating with Massey’s existing systems and meeting security and compliance standards.
The system is expected to support:
- Venue, resource, and equipment bookings with live availability
- Event coordination, catering, accommodation, and ticketing
- Attendee and registration management
- Invoicing, payments, and pricing controls
- Communication, reporting, audit logs, and analytics
- Integration with TechOne, Deputy, FLEX, calendars, and other platforms
- Secure access, role-based permissions, and data migration from current tools
The platform must be delivered as a SaaS solution and will be configured and implemented in partnership with Massey’s Commercial Services and ITS teams.
