Expressions of Interest: Strata and/or Facilities Management

⁠⁠⁠Hope Island Resort (HIR), a prestigious master-planned community located on the northern Gold Coast, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI)from experienced and qualified Strata and/or Facilities Management firms to provide management services for the Principal Body Corporate, commencing 1 June 2026.

This contract involves the management and maintenance of Principal Body Corporate infrastructure.

EOI submissions (maximum 6 pages) should address:

•  Executive Summary
•  Company Profile
•  Financial and Insurance Information
•  Service Delivery Methodology and Management Systems
•  Proposed Operation Structure
•  Relevant Experience and/or Referees
•  Completed Pricing Schedule
•  Proposed Transition Plan and Compliance Checklist
