The Shire of Northam is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake the rehabilitation, drainage upgrades and resurfacing of Fitzgerald Street, between Ensign Dale Place and Grey Street, Northam.

Contractors are invited to submit pricing for the works as one project.

The works will be awarded to a single contractor to undertake the project from start to finish. Award will be based on pricing, availability and ability to perform the works. Contractors must quote on all parts of the project, as per the attached price schedule.

The objectives of the project are to:

•  Restore the structural integrity and surface condition of the road.
•  Upgrade the drainage within the road and at the Fitzgerald St and Grey St roundabout.
•  Improve ride quality and trafficability for vehicles and pedestrians.
