Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The APSJobs platform is a critical national system, delivering legislated recruitment and workforce management functions across the APS. It operationalises key provisions of the Public Service Act 1999, which mandates merit-based, transparent, and apolitical hiring practices. Through APSJobs, agencies meet their obligations under this Act by advertising roles openly and ensuring fair access to employment opportunities.

APSJobs houses other critical functions delivered to APS agencies, such as the Career Pathways function for whole of government entry-level pipeline programs, manages the APS Surge Reserve system used to responded to national emergencies, advertising temporary opportunities which underpins mobility across the APS, hosting the APS Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract talent in a highly competitive labour market and APS merit list sharing functions among others.

Statement of Requirement

The Commission seeks to engage a seller with strong Salesforce and digital delivery experience to provide both business-as-usual support to maintain and support the APSJobs System as well as technical and design expertise to support improvements and enhancements to the site.
