The City of Bayswater is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres north-east of the Perth CBD. It includes the suburbs of Bayswater, Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Noranda, Maylands, and parts of Mount Lawley and Dianella.

To improve the safety of roads for local communities, the State Government implemented a four (4) year Low-Cost Urban Road Safety Program (LCURSP). The program delivers treatments to local roads, on an area-wide or whole-of-street basis, to reduce crash risks for drivers and vulnerable road users, such as pedestrians and cyclists.

While there are a number of proposed precincts for these safety treatments within the City of Bayswater, this Request covers the Maylands Central, Weld Square, RA Cook, and Traylen Road Precincts only.

The City is seeking the services of suitably experienced contractor/s to undertake the Works, including relevant approvals. A Contract may be awarded to one or more contractors.

The Works for all four precincts are expected to be delivered no later than 30 March 2026.
