Tender Description
Goulburn Mulwaree Council is calling for Expressions of Interest to explore opportunities for the proposed sale of land described as Lot 1 Deposited Plan 1313216 on Braidwood Road at Tarago.
Lot 1 Deposited Plan 1313216 is currently zoned RU1 Primary Production and is approximately 6.20 hectares in area (refer labelled aerial photo below).
Expressions of Interest will be accepted until 5pm on 1 September 2025 by emailing: council@goulburn.nsw.gov.au.
