ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT):

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for contract CON00679 Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation. This contract will be made under the City's Mini Minor Works agreement a copy of which is supplied in the RFT document 

NO SITE INSPECTION:

The City does not intend holding a site inspection as part of the tendering process.

REGISTRATION:

Tender documents may be downloaded after a one time registration by the tenderer. Registration is free of charge.

ENQUIRIES:

Tender enquiries should be directed to Mr Jacob Jeffery Technical Officer Wastewater Operations via the online forum. All enquiries must be made via the Tendering portal and the cut off time and date for enquiries is Monday 25 August 2025 at 3pm.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the attached MS Word version of the document.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. 

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

The deadline for submission of tenders is 10.00am Eastern Standard Time on Thursday 28 August 2025. Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the Tendering portal cuts off at exactly 10.00am EST

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. City staff except for the named contact above are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the RFT. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of any City official or Councillor will disqualify that proponents submission from the evaluation process.
