Council is now inviting Tenders for the provision of construction for the Hornsby Park Embellishments (HPE) Services Enhancement.

All interested parties are invited to submit Tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender.

Tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation to Tender.

Participation in this RFT does not provide the required approvals to access the site.

Respondents shall attend one of the following compulsory pre-tender submission site visits:

1. 15 August 2025 from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

OR

2. 20 August 2025 from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

Meeting point will be on site, with access from Bridge Road, Hornbsy.

Attendees will need to comply with site PPE:

1. Sun protection (broad brimmed hat, sunscreen, sun glasses)

2. Long pants

3. Enclosed shoes for general movement around quarry

4. Insect repellent

Due to the nature of the site, the visit may require walking on uneven surfaces and up and down slopes.
