Pest Control Services

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Parliamentary Service (QPS) is calling for submissions from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of planned preventative and reactive Pest Control Services at the Parliamentary Precinct.

Provision of a planned preventive maintenance service:

• Treatment to prevent rats and mice, ants, cockroaches, spiders, flies and other flying insects
• Termite Inspection for Old Parliament House
• General Services:
• Additional or ad-hoc services
• Reporting and statutory compliance documentatio
• Parliament Service Centre responses and feedback
• Provision of response within the set key performance indicator/response times
• Provision of a resource model that demonstrates how the Parliament Property Services will be supported to meet the requirements in this scope of services
• Development of analysis reporting on Services breakdowns
• Documentation showing extent of the maintenance carried out in a clear and descriptive manner
