Emergency Warning & Intercommunication System (EWIS) - Sevenoaks SC

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Emergency Warning & Intercommunication System (EWIS) at Sevenoaks Senior College.

The Work includes but is not limited to the design, supply, delivery to site, storing, installation and testing of dry fire services systems listed in Annexure 1.

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Sevenoaks Senior College, 275 Sevenoaks Street, Cannington on 20 August 2025 10:00 AM.
