Cumberland City Council is seeking experienced and qualified companies to submit proposal for Merrylands Library Renewal Internal Elevator. Works comprises of the material, labour, supervision, and resources to disconnect all electrical and motorisation of the existing internal elevator 2. The removal and disposal of cart two and install of a new Machine Room-less Elevator (MRL).

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract
