DOHW - Dumas Precinct - Electrical Maintenance

This Request for Tender (RFT) document is issued by JLL WA PTY Ltd (JLL) on behalf of our client the WA Department of Housing and Works (DOHW). JLL invites tenders for the provision of electrical maintenance services for various government owned office buildings.

Electrical maintenance services will be provided throughout the Dumas Precinct. This includes but is not limited to:

Dumas Precinct 

• Dumas House - 2 Havelock St, West Perth WA 6005
• Hale House - 1 Parliament Pl, West Perth WA 6005
• Constitutional Centre - 40 Havelock St, West Perth WA 6005

Each designated building requires its own separate pricing schedule submission.  Ensure that both Part C and Part D is completed for your submission to be valid. 

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Date: 19 August 2025
• Time: 15:30pm Perth, Western Australia
• Location: Dumas House, 2 Havelock St West Perth
• Recommended arrival 15:15 at Dumas House - to sign in.

The Respondent is requested to confirm their attendance by no later than:

No more than two representatives per company can be accommodated.

Failure to attend the "Request Briefing" will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

The Contract is proposed for an initial period of three (3) years commencing 1 November 2025 until 31 November 2028. The Principal reserves the right to exercise two, one-year extensions.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
