The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) is seeking to appoint a panel of suitably qualified organisations to provide professional property consultancy services that will include, but not be limited to, evaluation, acquisition, leasing, clearance, re-development, marketing and/or disposal in accordance with the Western Australian Government’s Strategic Asset Management (SAM) framework.
