Tender Description
Council are seeking to engage one or more suitably experienced Contractor/s to maintain Council streetscapes and Water Senstive Urban Design (WSUD), which include verges and centre medians planted with trees (excluding mature trees) and shrubs, grassed and landscaped areas, irrigation, rain gardens and other horticultural features.
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
• The Services are to be delivered at each Zone (outline in Table 1 below) in accordance with the Technical and General Requirements and supporting documentation.
- Part 1 Open Space Streetscape Maintenance
- Part 2 Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) Maintenance
• The Contractor will be required to submit a Maintenance Log and/or electronic form (eForm) to record the Services delivered at each maintenance visit
• Supply a project specific Management Plan, to be approved by Council prior to starting work, which will include the following:
- A Risk Assessment for the proposed work and an associated Risk Management Plan (including provision of Job Safety Environmental Analysis/Safe Work Method Statements or WHS Management Plan as appropriate – refer Appendix 3)
- A Traffic and Pedestrian Management Plan.
- An Environmental Management Plan

A briefing session will be held at Tonsley Innovation District, MAB Eastern Promenade, Tonsley, Tonsleu, SA, Australia, 5042 on 11:00 am 13 August 2025.
Notes: Site briefing will be conducted at multiple locations. See 'Information for Tenderers' document regarding locations, time and RSVP requirements.
A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
