Opportunity requirements
1. Refer to the RFT document suite
Tenders are invited for the Technical Advisory Services support the Muswellbrook Bypass Project through the provision of project management, engineering and environmental design assistance prior to going to tender for the D&C Contract. The services consist of Technical Advisory Services with appropriate qualifications and extensive experience in project management, engineering and environmental design on major road infrastructure projects to:
- The Supplier must be registered on the Technical Services Registration Scheme (SCM8661) at the time of release of the RFx documents and retain registration under the two nominated service items being Complex Road Design and Complex Bridge Design for the duration of the contract.
- Provide Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) across a broad range of technical disciplines including road geometry, pavement, geotechnical, durability, drainage, traffic, environment and structures
- The primary lead reviewers TfNSW wish to engage are a Senior Lead Road Designer and Environmental Approvals SME
- Lead and provide support to TfNSW in the review of the Reference Design prior to award of the main D&C Contract
- Lead and provide support to TfNSW in completing addendums to the current REF, including any associated environmental reports/ appendices for the project
- Support TfNSW in the assessment of the reference design conformance in accordance with current standards
- Support TfNSW in the development and review of design concession documentation to facilitate innovative and sustainable solutions.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
