Dubbo Regional Council (the Principal) is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for the documentation, installation, setup, testing and rectification of defects associated with replacement of the diffuser membranes on the diffused aeration grids of the Dubbo Sewage Treatment Plant at Dubbo, NSW 2830.
