Alexandrina Council invites quotes from Respondents for the Wall Renewal at Freeman Knob Lookout Port Elliot.

Council is seeking suitable contractors to repair cracks to both sides of the lookout walls where necessary.

Works include:

Repairs and render of the existing wall where the existing wall has structurally failed
Remove loose render and re-render the walls and capping,
Removal of the existing wall artwork for access to the wall repairs & deliver the artwork to the Goolwa Works Depot Kessel Road Goolwa (Council will arrange replacement artwork to be reinstated on completion of repairs to the wall)
Painting the walls, pillars, seating and surrounding infrastructure with a sustainable paint product.
The site must be maintained as a lookout & sections closed during works must be screened with temporary fencing with signage. All work zones must be managed by the successful contractor.

The Respondent shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specifications contained within Section C of the enclosed documentation.

Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Respondent
