There are 31 Primary Health Networks (PHN) throughout Australia which are independent not-for profit commissioning organisations funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health to improve the health outcomes of the region. Country to Coast Queensland (CCQ) delivers the PHN program within the Central Queensland, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast region, guided by its vision to 'support our region to live their healthiest lives'

Country to Coast, QLD (CCQ) invites interested eligible organisations to submit their proposal to establish and deliver Medicare Urgent Care Clinics (UCCs) in one, two or all of the following locations: Caloundra, Buderim and Gladstone.
