Tender Description
Refurbishment works to Classroom Blocks 5, 13, 14 and 21 (5 classrooms) and Block 26 (Toilets) including joinery, wall and floor coverings, trims, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, painting and minor roofing works.
Works will be delivered in 2-3 stages, partly during school term time. All works MUST be completed by the start of term 1 2026.
Additional works to Block 11 (Library) will be added to the contract as part of additional rights - for delivery over the Christmas holidays.
The BC amendment is underway for Block 26 toilets and will be available prior to starting the work in December.
