Tender Description
The school would like a design and build solution for a new Utility Shed and Site irrigation. Scope will include the removal of existing Sports and Caretakers Sheds and nearby bell, gardening and hardstand structure, and install a kitset style 3 bay fully enclosed shed and workshop with lighting, power, cold (and potentially hot) water, and drainage in the same general location.
Make minor repairs and alterations to the school irrigation system to align with all new buildings and hardstands.
