Wickham Recreation Precinct - Multi Purpose Courts Shade

The City of Karratha is calling for Tenders for the provision of the construction of a permanent shade structure and associated improvements at the Wickham Recreation Precinct Multi-purpose courts.

All enquiries are to be directed to Esther Kunz, Project Administration Officer via the City of Karratha online forum, under this Tender notice. Requests for clarification must be posted on the online forum prior to Friday, 29 August 2025. No clarification requests will be accepted after this date.

Tenderers are requested to attend a briefing on Wednesday, 13 August 2025 at 9.00 AM (AWST). Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha's Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The deadline for this Request is 2.00 PM (AWST) on Friday, 5 September 2025. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha's Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify.
