Warrumbungle Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the detailed design finalisation and construction of culvert and floodway works along Rotherwood Road, as shown in the preliminary design drawings provided with this tender.

The works generally include, but are not limited to:

•  Final design and documentation of drainage structures in accordance with relevant standards;
•  Construction of reinforced concrete box culverts and associated inlet and outlet structures;
•  Road pavement reinstatement and shoulder reconstruction;
•  Implementation of erosion and sediment control measures;
•  Provision of traffic management during the works;
•  Compliance with environmental, Work Health and Safety (WHS), and Council policy requirements;
•  Site clean-up and rehabilitation.

The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable design, environmental, and safety regulations, and for coordinating all aspects of the works to achieve timely and effective delivery.
