JLL, on behalf of Services Australia, is seeking suitable office premises in Maryborough & surrounding areas QLD and invites building owners and their representatives to submit details of suitable properties that are available to lease for consideration. Please only include options that you are instructed and retained upon.

Respondents should include the following details in their submission:

• Detailed premises information including map indicating site location.
• Plans including site plan, premises plan (including CAD format).
• Indicative commercial terms including gross rents and incentives.
• Car parking availability for customer car parking, and staff as per requirements and indicative location for both secure and customer car parking.
• Tenure availability including early access date for tenant works.
