Noosa Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for appointment as a pre-qualified supplier for the provision of tree management and maintenance services across the Noosa Council local government area as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.

The Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (ROPS) is anticipated to commence on 1 October 2025 and will be for an initial period of two (2) years, with the option of two (2) further extensions of up to two (2) years each at Council’s sole discretion. The Schedule of Pricing will be firm for the duration of each term. Whilst a Schedule of Pricing will apply under the ROPS, the Principal reserves the right to seek quotes from the Suppliers on the ROPS.

The intent of this Invitation to Tender is to establish a ROPS that includes a register of suppliers that are capable of responding to Council’s requirements in a timely manner.

Inclusion onto this ROPS does not provide a guarantee of work during the term of this Contract.
