This tender has been called to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to complete all works outlined in the scope of works as per the attached detailed plans and bill of quantities for the reconstruction of Anderson Avenue.

Anderson Avenue requires FULL reconstruction between Hare and Light Street, including:

•  Replacing most of the existing kerb on the eastern side of the road
•  Constructing a new kerb and gutter on the western side of the road
•  Extending the piped stormwater network to pick up more overland flows from both sides of the road
•  Reconstruction of the gravel pavement and resealing
•  Upgrading the entrance off Hare Street by constructing a Concrete Pavement

The works are to be undertaken in accordance with Richmond Valley Council Design Plans (R-C-0125-1000) and the Part 3 Specifications document.
