EOI Digital Signage & Advertising Shellharbour Airport

Shellharbour Airport operates as a commercial entity, and it is guided by the Council's commitment to achieving sustainable outcomes whilst ensuring commercial viability. Shellharbour Airport has over 36,000 aircraft movements annually, including Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) services to Brisbane and Melbourne. The airport is a modern award-winning terminal building with close links to rail transport the M1 motorway and Shellharbour City Centre.

Shellharbour City Council extends an invitation for an Expression of Interest (EOI) to lease the space off Council with the respective company to install, operate and maintain the digital marketing sign with its boundaries, on Arteria Roads with high exposure along Princes Highway, and within terminal build for transiting passengers.

The primary objectives of the EOI are to:

• Activate the internal and external advertising assets at Shellharbour Airport
• Occupy the land space with a viable commercial operator
• Create a sense of community and brand presence relating to Shellharbour Airport
• To promote and maintain local business and employment opportunities

ENQUIRIES:

Leasing enquiries should be directed to Julia Najjar via the online forum

SUBMITTING TENDER:

i) EOI's can be submitted in electronic format through Council's etendering portal in PDF format or alternatively Microsoft WORD format.

ii) Alternatively, EOI's can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, Customer Service, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre.

Ensure ALL files are uploaded to the Electronic Tenders Box PRIOR to the time and date above.

PLEASE NOTE: The ETB closes automatically at this time - file transfers still in progress at the exact closing time WILL NOT be accepted and you will not receive an automatic "successful submission" notice.
