Through this Request for Tender (RFT), the Brown Hill and Keswick Creeks Stormwater Board (the Board) aims to identify and engage suitably qualified Civil and Structural Engineering Consultants to undertake detailed designs and provide specialist input to the construction of upgrades of the Lower Brown Hill Creek (LBHC) and Upper Brown Hill Creek (UBHC) Upgrades. More specifically, tenders are being sought to:

Engage Civil and Structural Engineering Consultants to provide professional services for the detailed design of upgrades to the following packages / sub-projects:

• Lower Brown Hill Creek (LBHC) Upgrades – Package 4 (Birdwood Terrace to South Road) and Package 5 (South Road to Anzac Highway)
• Upper Brown Hill Creek (UBHC) Area 1 – Wilberforce Walk (Third Avenue to Leah Street)
• Upper Brown Hill Creek (UBHC) Area 1 – Forestville Reserve
• Upper Brown Hill Creek (UBHC) Area 2 – Victoria Street to Mitchell Street
• Upper Brown Hill Creek (UBHC) Area 2 – Orphanage Park
• Upper Brown Hill Creek (UBHC) Area 3 – Percy Street to Regent Street

Engage Civil and Structural Engineering Consultants to provide technical expert and construction phase support services for the delivery of upgrades to the above packages / sub-projects.

Establish a panel of Civil and Structural Engineering Consultants who will be called upon to provide pricing submissions for future packages / sub-projects.

A briefing session will be held at Grassmere Reserve, 7 Cross Terrace, Kurralta Park, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, 5037 on 10:00 am 13 August 2025.

Notes: An optional Site Briefing will be held on Wednesday 13th August 2025:
