Tender Description
The Suburban Land Agency (SLA) is procure the contract administration for the construction contract for the temporary Greenwaste Facility at Parkwood Road.
The construction work of the Interim Green Waste Facility (GWF) at the Parkwood Road Recycling Estate (PRRE). The PRRE is located within the West Belconnen Resource Management Centre (WBRMC) precinct in Block 1586 Belconnen ACT. The location and layout of the site for the interim GWF are illustrated in figure 1.
Currently GWF, Canberra Sand and Gravel (CSG), located in the south-east corner of Block 1586, is proposed to be temporarily relocated to the PRRE.
Scope of works includes but not limited to minor demolition and clearing works, earthworks including placement of select fill, pavement construction and preparation of the site for operation as public GWF.
