Mount Perry Caravan Park Caretaker Management

The North Burnett Regional is inviting suitably experienced and responsible individuals or entities to submit an offer for the Caretaker Management of the Mount Perry Caravan Park, located at 54 Heusman Street, Mount Perry QLD 4671.

This opportunity involves entering into a contractual agreement with Council to manage the day-today operations of the park, including guest relations, facilities cleanliness, minor maintenance, administration, and compliance with relevant legislative and Council requirements.

The successful contractor will be required to reside on-site in the provided caretaker accommodation and act as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring the Park is safe, clean, welcoming and operated to a high standard of service.

The Mount Perry Caravan Park includes a range of facilities:

• 4 Cabins

• 6 Single Ensuites

• 2 Van Ensuites

• 12 Powered Sites

• 2 Unpowered Sites

• Amenities block, Laundry. BBQ area/Camp Kitchen

• Caretaker Residence, Office, and Storage

Council is seeking a proactive caretaker who can maintain the site to a professional standard while ensuring a positive experience for guests. Offers should clearly outline experience, capability, proposed feed or revenue-sharing structure, and an understanding of the scope of services required.
