GRC is seeking to engage an experienced event provider to design, coordinate, and deliver a diverse program of activations and entertainment that complements existing events and aligns with the Easter in Gladstone brand annually.

The provider will be responsible for:

•  Design and deliver a program of events that activate the East Shores precinct;
•  Enhance the Regions signature Easter events, including the Brisbane to Gladstone (B2G) yacht race, and Harbour Festival;
•  Provide inclusive and diverse experiences that attract a wide demographic of both locals and visitors across a range of ages;
•  Align with the Easter in Gladstone brand identity and destination objectives;
•  Event planning, logistics, and site management;
•  Provide inclusive and diverse experiences that attract a wide demographic of both locals and visitors across a range of ages;
•  Stakeholder and vendor coordination, including liaison with local artists, businesses, and suppliers
•  Permits, risk management, WHS, and accessibility planning;
•  Marketing support and alignment with GRC’s promotional channels and branding guidelines;
•  Bump in/out and site restoration;
•  Post-event reporting, including attendance data, feedback, and outcomes; and
•  Nominate a representative to actively participate in the Easter in Gladstone Working Group, contributing to overall program integration, scheduling, logistics coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Events should contribute to the vibrancy of the Harbour Precinct and strengthen the Regions reputation as a must visit destination during Easter.
