Supply, installation, integration, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of network infrastructure for a scalable delivery across multiple NSW sites.

Project goals

This initiative has arisen with the objective of creating a standardised, secure, and high-performing network across SES facilities that supports operational excellence, reduces support burdens, and enhances the effectiveness of emergency response coordination and day-to-day operations. This tender seeks to identify a supplier who:

1. Has the capacity and capability to deliver the above network services to the highest standards;
2. Can deliver those services in a scalable manner to sites across NSW, with varying configurations of the same standardised designs; and
3. Who can provide the level of ongoing support necessary to empower the dynamic, critical nature of our operations.

Scope

In Scope:

1. Hardware & Software Supply - Provisioning of all hardware components necessary to deliver the network topology specified in the NSW SES Network Standards (e.g., switches, routers, patch panels, cables) and any associated software licenses.
2. Installation - On-site installation of network equipment across multiple ICC spaces, including all patching and cabling, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
3. Integration - All network equipment and control units must be setup to function with existing ICT infrastructure and licenses.
4. Configuration - Programming and setup of network and control systems, user interfaces, device routing, and site-specific configurations.
5. Support and Reactive Services - Provide warranty support on hardware and licenses, remote diagnostics, on-site callouts, and adherence to agreed service levels for system uptime, response times, and replacement.
6. Scalable Delivery - Ability to deliver repeatable network solutions to multiple sites across NSW, using a standardised design and pricing model that supports future expansion and consistent performance.

Out-of-scope:

1. Network Design - NSW SES have already defined a network topology and specifications to be followed for the required fitouts (these are attached to the tender).
