Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderer/s for that can demonstrate expertise in the provision and management of a Fire Equipment Service Program for Council owned buildings as follows:-

• Portion 1 – Fire equipment servicing and repairs – Facilities
• Portion 2 – Fire equipment servicing and repairs – Fleet
• Portion 3 – Site audits
• Portion 4 – Preparation of evacuation diagrams
• Portion 5 – Preparation of fire evacuation plans

This invitation to offer is in 5 portions. The Principal may award any portion depending on funding availability. The Principal requires the tenderer to price any one portion or multiple portions or all portions and also provide any discount if awarded more than one portion.

The Principal may award whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or in part to multiple Tenderers.
