The Adelaide Hills Region Waste Management Authority (the Authority) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of the completion of a Site Master Plan, incorporating the current and future operations at the Brinkley site (the Services). The Authority operates a landfill and Resource Recovery Centre at Brinkley.

The Authority aims to develop a Site Master Plan, aligned with its 2024-2034 Strategic Plan, to guide operations and growth for the next 50 years. The plan will meet environmental and regulatory standards, address future resource recovery, infrastructure layout, and site improvements, and is to be completed by February 28, 2026.
