Tender Description

1. Provide site clearance, excavation, levelling, retaining and concrete works for the installation of a new prefabricated toilet, holding tanks and rain water tank.

2. Provide service connections for stormwater, wastewater, mains water and electricity.

3. Installation of toilet on delivery from Permaloo, including connection to stormwater, wastewater, water and electricity supplies.

4. Installation of 2 x 25,500 ltr holding tanks, riser and trafficable manhole cover.

5. Installation of 1 10,000 ltr rain water tank.

6. Finished levels and concrete works for toilet and holding tank covers.

7. Location and protection of all existing services within construction area throughout works.

8. Prepare, obtain, and adhere to the approved Traffic Management Plan and other traffic requirements, including all temporary traffic control, signals, signage, barriers, lighting and protection of the works as required.

9. Establish and disestablish all temporary sheds, offices, toilets, plant, equipment, tools, labour, any required services (e.g. power, telephone, water, etc), and reinstatement on completion.

10. Installation, maintenance, and removal post construction of all environmental protection works including but not limited to sediment and erosion control, tree protection and noise limitation.

11. Liaison with Permaloo, Northpower and Council staff.
