ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR:

ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ):
The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking formal quotations from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for contract CON00676 Slope Remediation Work on Dairyville Road, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450. This contract will be made under the City's Mini Minor Works agreement a copy of which is supplied in the RFT document package.
NO SITE INSPECTION:
The City does not intend holding a site inspection as part of the RFQ process. Tenderers are welcome to attend the site which is on public land before submitting their quotation.
ENQUIRIES:
RFQ enquiries should be directed to Mr Hasan Demirkol Project Manager Natural Disaster Recovery via the online forum. All enquiries must be made via the portal and the cut off time and date for enquiries is Friday 22 August at 3pm.
SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the attached MS Word version of the document.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
The deadline for submission of quotations is 10.00am Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday 27 August 2025. Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the portal cuts off at exactly 10.00am EST
The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced quotation, all or any part of the quotation, and reserves the right to conduct the RFQ process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. City staff except for the named contact above are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the RFQ. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of any City official or Councillor will disqualify that proponents submission from the evaluation process.
