JLL, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia is seeking suitable office premises in Brunswick Heads, NSW and invites building owners and their representatives to submit details of suitable properties that are available to lease for consideration. Please only include options that you are instructed and retained upon.
Respondents should include the following details in their submission:
Detailed premises information including map indicating site location.
Plans including site plan, premises plan (including CAD format).
Indicative commercial terms including gross rents and incentives.
Minimum 13 car parking bays, with 1 suitable for EV charging
Tenure availability including early access date for tenant works.
