Randwick City Council (RCC) is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to provide services and commercial advice in developing tender documentation for the supply, installation and maintenance of street furniture within the RCC Local Government Area (LGA).

RCC currently has an existing contract in place for the supply, installation and maintenance of street furniture, including advertising, within the RCC LGA. The existing contract is set to expire on 31 January 2027.

Expert commercial and marketing advice is required to assist in defining and determining the best model for procurement of a new street furniture contract. The successful applicant will accompany a working group, established by RCC, throughout the process of formalising an informed suite of tender documentation for a new street furniture contract.
