The SATC is undertaking an open market approach to engage a supplier of audio-visual services for the 2025 - 2029 National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant (3 years+2 years extension option). This includes the provision of a temporary public address system and LED screen hire at the Landing Stage.

Scope

The SATC is seeking to secure an audio visual supplier to deliver, install and manage audio visual equipment for the 2025 National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant based on the scope, experience, skills and knowledge including but not limited to the following:

The speaker system will be required to be controlled in 7 sections along the pageant route:

• South Terrace (off route, float formation)

• King William Street from South Terrace to Victoria Square – Section 1

• Wakefield Street from Victoria Square/Tarntanyangga to Pulteney Street to Flinders Street – Section 2

• Pulteney Street from Flinders Street to North Terrace– Section 3

• North Terrace from Pulteney Street to King William Street – Section 4

• King William Street from North Terrace to Currie Street – Section 5

• Currie Street from King William Street to Morphett Street – Section 6 (off route, dispersal area)
