Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Deliver planning works at the existing Yarrabah Cemetery and to identify land and land use for a new cemetery site. The purpose of the Precinct Plan is to ensure that the new cemetery can serve the Yarrabah community for the next 30 years.

The precinct plan will include an analysis of the capacity of the existing cemetery, the future need of a new cemetery, address planning requirements to support a Development Application. In addition, the contractor will provide plans that will further involve the beautification and infrastructure needed to achieve the eventual development of a new site with a serviceability for a further 30 years.
