Wellington Water Limited is initiating a request for proposal (RFP) to implement several core technology systems under its Technology Systems Investment (TSI) Programme. The TSI programme addresses urgent system gaps resulting from deferred investments and evolving operational needs and supports the needs of the potential new water services entity planned under the Government’s “Local Water Done Well” policy.

The systems (each known as a Tower) in scope of this RFP include:

• Programme & Project Management (PPM)

• Health & Safety System (H&S)

• Asset Management Information System (AMIS)

• Financial Management Information System (FMIS) and Supply Chain Management

• Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)

• Billing System (Billing)

• Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

• Payroll
