Tender Description

The contract comprises, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Remove roof sheets, purlins, ceiling batons, timber windows, doors and frames.
  • Remove asbestos
  • Remove and dispose of obsolete external wiring, satellite dishes etc.
  • Relocate existing wires to be concealed within the fabric of the building
  • Supply and install new metal purlins with outriggers and welded end caps.
  • Supply and install new vapor barrier sarking, roof sheeting, aluminium windows and door frame.
  • Repaint classrooms, storerooms and kitchen.
  • Supply and install new solid core doors.
