DEWR are seeking the support of Teams communications specialist provider to provide reactive and proactive support on an as-needs basis to support DEWR’s in-house capability in the sustainment of teams phone quality in the DEWR environment and maintenance of the Teams Phone network infrastructure including Ribbon session border controllers (SBC).
