Tender Description
Charles Sturt University is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake a construction project for minor refurbishment works within Building 0801 (Pitkin House) on Port Macquarie Campus.
This project involves relocating the existing Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Clinical Practice spaces from Building 3013 SHREC to Building 0801 on the main campus. Rooms 2046, 2047, 2048, and part of Room 2038 have been identified as potential spaces for Physiotherapy and Rooms 2049, 2050, and part of Room 2057 have been identified for Occupational Therapy.
