Introduction

Auckland Council Group Shared Services (GSS) invites proposals from experienced, community-minded, and sustainability-focused cleaning service providers to deliver high-quality and cost-effective cleaning services across its corporate property portfolio. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to establish a single, integrated cleaning services contract to support the strategic consolidation of cleaning arrangements across Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, Tataki Auckland Unlimited and Watercare corporate offices.
